To purchase a hard copy of the Hamilton City Development Manual, or Hamilton City Standard Technical Specifications Manual (Volumes 3 and 4 of the Hamilton City Development Manual only), please complete and submit the form below. Your manual will be couriered to you within 10 working days.

There is a one off cost to become a Registered Copyholder.  For this cost you will be notified of annual updates as they become available. The cost of the Hamilton City Development Manual is $110.00. The cost for the Hamilton City Technical Specifications Manual is $60.00. You will be invoiced for these costs on receipt of your manual.
