Register and apply

Once you have registered in our Career Centre and have applied for the role you're interested in, our recruiting managers will review your application and if you're skills and experience match what we're looking for, we'll invite you to attend an interview.

Interviews

Our interviews are designed to enable you to meet us, find out more about the position and to ask any questions you might have. And we try to do this in a relaxed environment for you.

The interview provides the interview panel with an opportunity to further assess your suitability for the position, and we do this by asking competency based questions that are linked to the requirements of the role.

Testing and assessments

For some roles, you may be asked to undertake tests or assessments. These are designed to further assess your suitability for the position and may include personality tests, aptitude and ability tests and work-based practice tests. You will be advised of the tests required when we contact you for the interview.

Pre-employment checks

It is our standard practice for all vacancies to contact two of your referees. You will be asked as part of the interview process who you give us permission to contact.

For some roles, we may require other pre-employment checks to be undertaken. These may include credit checks, criminal conviction checks and driver's license checks. We will inform you at the commencement of the process if these are required.
