Advisory Note
Hamilton City Council's water-take permit does not provide capacity to supply process-related water above 15 cubic metres per day for the following activities:

All new commercial and industrial activities

All existing commercial and industrial activities that currently use more than 15 cubic metres per day, and wish to increase this amount
-
All existing commercial and industrial activities that currently use less than 15 cubic metres per day, and wish to increase the amount of water used to above 15 cubic metres per day
If you are proposing to exceed any of these thresholds please contact Hamilton City Council's Works and Services City Development Unit as soon as possible to discuss how this water may be obtained.
