Liquor licensing fees

Liquor Licensing fees are set under the Sale of Liquor Regulations 1990 section 29(1) (amended 28 February 2000).

On the 1 October 2010, the rate of tax to pay on goods and services (GST) increased from 12.5% to 15%. This resulted in an increase in fees for services provided by Hamilton CIty Council.
