Background
The Arts in Hamilton and in the region have been flourishing for many years. Our unique identity is expressed through the many active individual practitioners, groups, and organisations. Community and professional arts are active on local, national and international levels. There is a need to look at how the arts sector can be supported and grow further.
The Arts Agenda will be a strategy to support and grow a thriving arts sector. It will be a city document which sets priorities, identifies roles and responsibilities and is delivered by all through partnership. |
