Objective

To provide a standard deed for Community Organisations leasing sites and to standardise the terms of lease for Community Organisations occupying sites, regardless of the status of Council-owned and/or administered land, i.e. whether it is classified as Reserve, Municipal Endowment, Domain Endowment, or Corporate land.

Policy
